'New' Banker's Quick Reference Guide to CRA
The Community Affairs Office of the Dallas Fed has revised A Banker's Quick Reference Guide to CRA. The new guide incorporates the revisions to the Community Reinvestment Act that went into effect on Sept. 1, 2005. It is intended for bank CEOs, presidents, and CRA and compliance officers. A Banker's Quick Reference Guide to CRA is now available and may be accessed online 
or ordered in hard copy on our web site www.dallasfed.org 
.
The guide is a tool for quickly accessing information about CRA regulation and examination procedures. Its format clearly outlines performance standards and examiner review notes, performance rating characteristics and the overall CRA rating explanation. It can be used in conjunction with the regulations in the Federal Register. Regulation BB and agency examination procedures should be referenced for more detailed information.
