This symposium is a collaboration of the Network of Border Economics/Red de la Economía Fronteriza (NOBE/REF), the University of Texasâ??Pan American and the Kauffman Foundation. Its focus is on border economic integration, entrepreneurship, immigration and labor, and related financial and fiscal issues.
