                    TEXAS INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION INDEX


         The Texas Industrial Production Index rose a seasonally adjusted
0.3 percent from April to May.  May's level was also 2.5
percent above the year-ago figure.

Changes in major components of TIPI between April 2008 and May 2008
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

         - Overall manufacturing output was unchanged.
           - Durable goods decreased 0.3 percent.
           - Nondurable goods increased 0.2 percent.
         - Mining increased 0.9 percent.
         - Utilities increased 0.1 percent.

Changes in major components of TIPI between May 2007 and May 2008
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

         - Overall manufacturing output increased 1.5 percent.
           - Durable goods increased 0.9 percent.
           - Nondurable goods increased 2.1 percent.
         - Mining increased 4.7 percent.
         - Utilities increased 2.0  percent.
