Pete Cook has served on the Dallas Fed Board since 2007. He also served on the board of the Dallas Fed's El
Paso Branch.
Cook is president and CEO of First National Bank in Alamogordo. He served as First National's senior vice president from 1987 to 1991. Previously, he was senior vice president for United New Mexico Bank and First National Bank of Lea County, both of Hobbs, N.M. Cook is chairman of the Otero Economic Development Council and serves on the board of the New Mexico Bankers Association and the Alamogordo Committee of Fifty.
He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University Graduate School of Banking.
