Laura Mathers Conniff joined the El Paso Branch Board in 2008.

Conniff is qualifying broker and co-owner of Mathers Realty Inc. and co-owner of Conniff F Cross Farm. She is a member of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents, previously serving as chairman. She also served as president of the NMSU Foundation. She is a member of the Las Cruces Board of Realtors and National Board of Realtors.

Conniff holds a bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University and was inducted into the University's Business Hall of Fame in 2004.
