Additionally, the Branch is accepting deposits of currency and coin that were contaminated during Hurricane Ike. For information and procedures, please call 713-483-3634 during normal business hours.

In the event that you have an emergency need regarding cash and are unable to reach these numbers, please call 713-483-3560.

Discount Window

The Federal Reserve Banks' discount window is available to assist depository institutions in meeting their liquidity needs. At the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, the window operates from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CDT. The phone number is 877-682-3256.
