Dallas Fed Hurricane Ike Update: Sept. 22, 8 a.m. CDT

Houston Branch Cash Services is open for normal operations and is available for emergency orders at any time. If your normal currency and coin ordering channels are unavailable, please use one of the following contact numbers to place an order: 713-483-3143 or 713-483-3603.

Additionally, the Branch is accepting deposits of currency and coin that were contaminated during Hurricane Ike. For information and procedures, please call 713-483-3634 during normal business hours.

In the event that you have an emergency need regarding cash and are unable to reach these numbers, please call 713-483-3560.

We have returned to normal operations.

The Federal Reserve Banks' discount window is available to assist depository institutions in meeting their liquidity needs.
