Dallas Fed announces officer promotion

For immediate release: October 11, 2007

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has named Kay Gribbin Administrative Officer.

Gribbin oversees support functions for both the Research Department and the Dallas Fed’s new Globalization and Monetary Policy Institute. Previously, Gribbin served as manager in the Research Department with responsibility for supervising library services, administrative support, accounting and graphics.

She joined the Bank in 1984. During her tenure, Gribbin has been actively involved in numerous volunteer efforts and Bank programs, including serving as chair of the annual United Way campaign and president of the employee club. She currently serves as a founding member of the Federal Reserve System’s Committee on Research Support Management.

Gribbin is a graduate of the Bank’s career development program and holds an associate degree in liberal sciences from Richland College.
