DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has reappointed G.P. Singh to the Dallas Fed's San Antonio Branch board of directors. He will serve a three-year term beginning January 1, 2008.

Singh was first appointed to the San Antonio Branch board in February 2006.

Singh is the owner of Gur Parsaad Properties, Ltd. in San Antonio. He is founder of Karta Technologies Inc., which was purchased in June by NCI Inc.

He holds or coholds six patents and has published over 50 technical papers and numerous reports related to application of information technology. Singh serves on the board of trustees of Trinity University and Keystone School. He also serves on the board of NCI Information Systems and the executive council of United Way of San Antonio.

The San Antonio board consists of seven members, four appointed by the Dallas Fed board and three by the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C.
