Dallas Fed announces executive promotions

For immediate release: January 6, 2009

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has announced the following promotions:

Ken McKee has been promoted to senior vice president and general auditor. Previously, he served as vice president and general auditor. He will have continuing responsibility for audit operations throughout the Eleventh Federal Reserve District.

McKee has held various internal auditing positions with the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., San Francisco and Los Angeles.

He holds a B.S. from Black Hills State University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Rick Mase has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Cash Department. Previously, he served as operations officer. He will have continuing responsibility in cash operations.

Since joining the Dallas Fed in 1986, Mase has worked in several departments, including Banking Supervision and Payments Services. He earned a B.S. in economics with a concentration in finance from Southern Methodist University.
