Dickason appointed to Dallas Fed’s El Paso Branch board

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has appointed Martha Dickason of El Paso to the Dallas Fed’s El Paso Branch board of directors for a term ending Dec. 31, 2011.

Dickason is president and cofounder of dmDickason Personnel Services and dmDickason Staff Leasing.  Previously, she was owner of a Snelling and Snelling Personnel Services franchise and has over 17 years of staffing experience.

She is a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations, Society of Human Resources Managers and is certified by the American Staffing Association. She also serves as a member of the 8(a) Government Contractors Association and Homegrown El Paso Association.

Dickason is a current board member and former chairwoman of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is active in the El Paso Greater Chamber, Las Cruces Chamber and Community Advisory Board of Directors for Wells Fargo Bank Texas.

She is a New Mexico State University alumni and was recognized as Texas Business Woman of the Year in 2004.

The El Paso Branch board consists of seven members, four appointed by the Dallas Fed board and three by the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C.
