Dallas Fed announces executive promotion

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has named Hazel Adams as Credit Risk Systems Officer.

Previously, Adams served as a project manager. In her new role, she will assume direct supervisory responsibilities for the Bank's account, risk and credit function.

Adams has almost 30 years experience in the Federal Reserve System. She joined the Baltimore Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in 1980, holding several positions there. In 1997, she moved to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, followed by the Dallas Fed in 2003.

She is a member of the Project Management Institution and Women in Project Management.

Adams holds an associate's degree in computer information systems from Catonsville Community College and an IT Project Management Certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a certified Project Management Professional.
