Dallas Fed Names Robert L. Triplett III as senior vice president

For immediate release: February 2, 2015

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has appointed Robert L. Triplett III as senior vice president.
As senior vice president, Triplett will participate in overall management of the Bank. He is responsible for the Dallas Fed’s Banking Supervision, Credit, Risk, and Reserves Management, and Financial Industry Studies departments.

Previously, Triplett served as vice president in the Banking Supervision Department. Triplett began his career at the Bank in 1993 as an intern in the Data Services Department before joining the Dallas Fed full time in 1995.

He has held positions in both the Bank’s Information Technology Group and Banking Supervision Department. He was promoted to vice president in 2008. Triplett has served on numerous Federal Reserve System committees during his tenure at the Dallas Fed.

Triplett holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
