FedFIT—Federal Reserve Fiscal Impact Tool

What Is FedFIT? It's easy-to-use software for estimating the fiscal impact of an economic development project. It provides a framework for identifying the general costs and benefits of proposed projects, and it can aid decisionmaking by providing information on the extent of support a community or region might be able to afford when looking at development possibilities. FedFIT is intended for community and economic development professionals, primarily in small and midsize communities
