Robert MahalikAs an assistant vice president, Robert Mahalik’s responsibilities include oversight of the mergers and acquisitions, enforcement and holding companies, and records management areas of the Banking Supervision Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He also serves on the Mergers and Acquisitions Management Group.

Since joining the Dallas Fed as an assistant examiner in 1984, he was commissioned as a senior examiner, served as an instructor at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, graduated from the Dallas Fed’s Career Development Program, was a member of its 1998 Team of the Year, has attended Thrive and Trailblazers System Leadership training, and has held leadership positions in Banking Supervision, Financial Industry Studies, Business Development, and Treasury Services.

Mahalik holds a BBA in finance from the University of North Texas. He also graduated from the National Commercial School of Lending at the University of Oklahoma and completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Texas at Austin.
