“Strong Foundations: The Economic Futures of Kids and Communities” is the tenth biennial Federal Reserve System Community Development Research Conference. This event will explore the interplay between the development of children and their communities. High-quality and emerging research from multiple disciplines will be presented in a dialogue with policymakers and community practitioners.

Research presented and discussion will focus on three areas:

  • Early childhood development
  • Education and workforce
  • Community conditions
