KaSandra Goulding’s responsibilities include Financial Management and Facility Management and Planning.
In this role, she is responsible for the financial operations of the Dallas Fed and its branches and oversees management of the Bank building and grounds.
Since joining the Bank in 1983, Goulding has served on the Board of Governors System Exchange Program, was a participant in the Professional Education Program for the Federal Reserve System and is a graduate of the Dallas Fed’s Career Development Program.
Goulding earned a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from the University of Texas. She graduated from Duke University’s Executive Education Program and University of Colorado’s Graduate School of Banking. Goulding also earned her project management certification in 2002.
