Everett Grant joined the Globalization and Monetary Policy Institute of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in 2015. His research interests include international economics, macroeconomics, economic crises, finance and computational economics. His recent research has focused on cross-country economic crisis contagion, the drivers of exchange rates and the evolution of the wage premium paid to financial sector workers.
Before joining the Bank, Grant spent six years working at Bridgewater Associates, a hedge fund focused on global-macro investment strategies. He has a BA in mathematics and economics from Colgate University and an MA and PhD in economics from the University of Virginia.
