Community Impact

At the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, we are a part of keeping the local economy strong. We also believe this means doing good things in support of our community. Our culture is one of giving back, and we are proud to support several local organizations to assist our neighbors in the community in which we work and live. Take a look at the ways we are investing in our community.

Investing in our community

People Helping People—Our employees are proud to support this City of Dallas program that provides assistance to homeowners, who are either 62+ years of age or disabled, in Dallas county with minor home repairs. Employees volunteer in teams picking up hammers, paintbrushes and anything necessary to make the home of those in need a little brighter.

United Way—Each year, our employees band together to contribute to United Way which aids in producing positive life changing results including education, career transition assistance, healthcare, daycare and so much more for many in our community.

March of Dimes—We enjoy contributing to the mission of improving the health of babies in our community by getting out and joining the march at the annual event and raising funds as an organization to support this worthy Dallas foundation.

Meals on Wheels—Our employees volunteer to deliver meals to individuals to who are unable to prepare their own meals. We pride ourselves on providing assistance to enrich the lives of those who are homebound or in need of assistance with dignity and independent living.

School Partnership— The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has a longstanding partnership with a local elementary school. Throughout the year, our employees serve the students through a tutoring program, school supply drive, and a holiday adopt-a-family initiative. This partnership is one of the many avenues through which our employees serve the community.
