Dallas Fed announces executive promotions at Houston Branch

For Immediate Release: January 16, 2008

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has announced the following promotions at its Houston Branch:

Randy L. Steinley has been promoted to assistant vice president. Previously, he served as examining officer. Steinley is responsible for banking supervision activities at the Houston Branch, and has worked closely with other federal regulators, the Texas Department of Banking and financial institutions to improve bank examination processes. He holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of North Texas and is a graduate of the Colorado Graduate School of Banking, the Graduate School of Community Bank Management at Sam Houston State University and the Dallas Fed’s Career Development Program.

Michelle Treviño-Aguilar has been promoted to administrative officer with continuing responsibility for public affairs and constituent outreach programs at the Houston Branch. Previously, she held several supervisory and management positions in both the payments and public affairs departments. Treviño-Aguilar holds a B.S. in political science from the University of Houston, a J.D. from South Texas College of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
