Dallas Fed announces executive promotions

For immediate release: March 7, 2014

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has announced the following promotions:

— Bobby E. Coberly Jr. has been promoted to vice president, assuming responsibility for the regional and large bank organizations groups, including the Bank’s San Antonio Branch banking supervision function and the examination support unit.

Previously, he served as assistant vice president.

Coberly holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Kansas and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado.

— Laurel S. Neustadter has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Bank’s Information Technology Group.

Neustadter previously served as information technology officer.

She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from State University of New York at Albany and a doctoral degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.

— Vincent G. Pacheco has been promoted to assistant vice president with continuing responsibility for community banking supervision in the Banking Supervision Department.

Previously, Pacheco served as an examining officer.

Pacheco holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Dallas and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

— Jane L. Pyke has been promoted to assistant vice president with continuing responsibility in the Human Resources Department.

Previously, she served as human resources officer.

Pyke holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

— Shareef Shaik has been promoted to assistant vice president with continuing responsibility for information security in the Bank’s Information Technology Group.

Previously, he served as information security officer.

Shareef holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Andhra University in India and a master’s degree from the University of North Texas.

— Jay Sudderth has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Bank’s Financial Institution Relationship Management Department.

Previously, he served as relationship management officer.

Sudderth holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Baylor University.
