Bill SchlesingerBill Schlesinger is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Community Advisory Council.

Schlesinger is chief executive officer and co-director of Project Vida, where he oversees the management of health care and dental clinics in El Paso and Hudspeth counties and a health education department.

He serves or has served as chair of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce Health Care Legislation Committee and mayor of El Paso’s Blue-Ribbon Fair Housing Task Force for Low-Income Housing.

Schlesinger received the National Community Development Association Achievement Award and was the El Paso Region SBA Minority Business Champion of the Year. He was also awarded the Alicia R. Chacon Community Leadership Award by United Way of El Paso County.

Schlesinger earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Earlham College, a Master of Divinity from the Chicago Theological Seminary and a Master of Theology from the University of Chicago. Schlesinger also holds a Doctorate of Ministry from the McCormick Theological Seminary.
