Carlos Contreras III

Carlos Contreras III is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Community Advisory Council.

Contreras serves as the president and CEO for Goodwill Industries of San Antonio where he is responsible for leading the nonprofit agency in all operational and administrative areas to include the development of the organization’s vision and strategic plans.

Prior to joining Goodwill, Contreras served as the assistant city manager for the city of San Antonio.

Contreras holds an undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University and JD and Master of Public Affairs degrees from the University of Texas.
