David DeandaDavid Deanda is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council.

Deanda is president of Lone Star National Bank. He oversees the operations of mortgage, lending, wealth, investments, insurance, and personal and business banking. His career spans over 40 years, having spent the last 30 at Lone Star National Bank.

In addition to serving on the board of directors of Lone Star National Bank, he is a member of the board of managers of Doctors Hospital at Renaissance Health. He actively serves the community as board member for several organizations including the Valley Alliance of Mentors for Opportunity and Scholarships (VAMOS), Texas A&M University–Kingsville Foundation, Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and is advisory councilman for the Minority Depository Institutions.

In September 2023, he was elected to the board of directors for the Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT) and in October to the board of directors for the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce.

Deanda holds a BBA from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas (now Texas A&M University–Kingsville) and is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
