Deborah RomeroDeborah Romero is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council.

Romero is president and CEO of First National Bank, a $450 million bank in southern New Mexico. Romero has more than 29 years of commercial credit experience and has also worked with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

She holds a BBA and an MBA in finance and management from New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Romero is also a graduate of Western States School of Banking.
