Isaac JohnsonIsaac Johnson is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council.

Johnson is president and CEO of TDECU, the fourth-largest credit union in Texas. He is also a major general, commanding the third-largest unit in the U.S. Army Reserves—U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations (Airborne). Previously, he was corporate secretary and chief governance counsel for USAA and chief senior counsel for Wells Fargo Bank. He practiced banking and finance law at Thompson & Knight LLP and served as a vice president and commercial lender at Trustmark National Bank.

Johnson was named Most Admired CEO by the Houston Business Journal in 2022. He has won several individual and organizational DE&I awards, and his company has earned several years of Top Workplaces by the Houston Chronicle.

He serves on the board of the Army & Air Force Exchange Services and is a member of its Finance Committee and Executive Succession and Compensation Committee. Johnson is a Greater Houston Partnership board member and serves on its Economic and Trade Committee.

Johnson earned a Master of Strategic Studies at the U.S. Army War College, JD from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, MBA from Mississippi State University and BBA in banking and finance from Jackson State University.
