Hayley BoeskyHayley Boesky is a member of the Federal Reserve of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory Council.

Boesky is managing director and executive vice chairman of Global Corporate and Investment Banking at BofA Securities. In this role, she collaborates across business lines to deepen relationships with the firm's clients around the world. She also serves as a liaison with the global policymaking community. Boesky previously served as vice chairman of Global Markets.

Before joining Bank of America, Boesky was director of Market Analysis at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Prior to joining the Fed, Boesky was director of Relative Value and Derivative Trading at Moore Capital Management. She began her career with Goldman Sachs, where she specialized in fixed-income strategy.

Boesky is a member of the IMF’s Financial Institutions Consultative Group, New York Fed’s Financial Advisory Roundtable and Bretton Woods Committee Advisory Council. She is also a director of the Tory Burch Foundation, serves on the board of overseers for the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Boesky holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in astrophysics from Columbia University. She studied mathematics, astrophysics and French as an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania.
