Travis J. Machen

Travis J. Machen is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory Council.

Machen is CEO and Group Head of Global Banking and Markets at Scotiabank. He was previously head of Banks, Diversified and Financial Infrastructure at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division. Before that he served as head of the Financial Institutions Group at JPMorgan in the commercial banking division, where he oversaw corporate banking for banks, mortgage, insurance, diversified financials, and hedge funds and money managers. 

He received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and is a SEP graduate of Stanford Business School.
