Dallas Fed names Jeff Garrett as senior vice president, CFO and CRO

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has promoted Jeff Garrett to senior vice president, chief financial and risk officer responsible for the Financial Management Group, the Financial Management Shared Services Center, and Facilities Management and Planning.

Garrett joined the Dallas Fed in 1999 and served in staff and management positions in human resources and information technology prior to joining the Financial Management Group. Garrett then served as vice president in the Bank’s Facilities Management and Planning Department.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Hardin-Simmons University and a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Garrett is a native of Vernon, Texas, and attended Vernon High School. He is the son of Ollie Garrett of Vernon and the late Karen Garrett.
