Dallas Fed announces executive promotions

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has announced the following promotions:

Audrey Evans has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Facilities Management and Planning Department. Evans will continue to be responsible for the department’s fiscal performance, administrative operations, and workforce strategy and succession planning. Evans, who has been with the Dallas Fed since 2010, holds a master’s degree in business administration and is a certified project management professional.

Gina Gadson-Richards has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Banking Supervision Department with responsibility for operations and strategic planning. She also will serve as the Dallas Fed’s deputy ethics officer. Gadson-Richards joined the Bank in 2018 and holds a master’s degree in business administration.  Prior to joining the Bank, Gadson-Richards was a director at Verizon Communications.

Selena Muñoz has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Financial Management Department. She will have continuing responsibility for the Dallas Fed’s budget, cost accounting, project management office, accounts payable, risk management functions and the Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls compliance. Muñoz has been with the Dallas Fed since 2001, starting with the Bank as an intern. She holds a degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
