Dallas Fed announces executive promotions

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has announced the following staff changes:

  • Sirisha Bhupathiraju has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Information Technology Services Department with continuing oversight of technology delivery services on a number of key Federal Reserve System projects. Previously, she was director of information technology delivery services.
  • Scott Davis has been promoted to economic policy advisor and senior economist in the Research Department with continuing responsibilities in the international group and globalization institute. Previously, he was senior research economist and policy advisor.
  • Michael “Ike” Ikner has been promoted to vice president and director of district law enforcement with continuing oversight over the Dallas Fed’s law enforcement operations and will continue to serve as vice chair of the Federal Reserve System’s law enforcement group. Previously, he was assistant vice president and director of district law enforcement.
  • Sarah McMahon has been promoted to vice president and endpoint product line executive of the Federal Reserve System’s National IT-End User Services group. Previously, she was assistant vice president.
  • Jordann Roberson has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Financial Management Department providing strategic leadership over the corporate accounting group, including overseeing the Bank’s financial statements. Previously, she was manager over the accounts payable and strategic risk management groups.
  • Ed Skelton has been promoted to vice president with continued responsibilities in the Human Resources Department. Previously, he was assistant vice president.
  • Trisna Tan has been promoted to vice president with continued responsibilities in the Information Technology Services Department. Previously, she was assistant vice president.
