Gregory D. Williams

Gregory D. Williams is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Community Advisory Council.

Williams serves as president at Odessa College. Under his leadership, the Odessa College team has broken institutional records in enrollment, student retention and fundraising.

In 2021, Odessa College received the Rising Star Award for Community College Excellence from the Aspen Institute. Williams serves or has served on numerous boards including the Texas Association of Community Colleges, Community College Advisory Group, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s Formula Funding Committee and Aspen Institute Change Management Task Force.

He holds a master’s degree in education mid-management and psychology from the University of Texas of Permian Basin and a doctorate in higher education administration from Baylor University.
