Kaes Van't Hof

Kaes Van't Hof is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Energy Advisory Council.

Van’t Hof has served as chief executive officer and as a director of Diamondback Energy since May 2025. He previously served as president from February 2025 to May 2025; president and chief financial officer from February 2022 to February 2025; chief financial officer and executive vice president of business development from February 2019 to February 2022; senior vice president of strategy and corporate development from January 2017 to February 2019; and vice president of strategy and corporate development starting in July 2016.

Before joining Diamondback, Van't Hof served as chief executive officer for Bison Drilling and Field Services from September 2012 to June 2016. From August 2011 to August 2012, Van't Hof was an analyst for Wexford Capital LP, developing operating models and business plans that included Diamondback’s initial public offering. Before that, he worked in Citigroup Global Markets Inc.’s investment banking and financial institutions group from February 2010 to July 2011.

Van't Hof received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Southern California.
