Frank BrosensFrank Brosens is a member of the Federal Reserve of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory Council.

Brosens is a co-founder of Taconic. He is actively involved in all aspects of the firm, with an emphasis on management and risk control. He co-chairs the Investment Committee and is a member of the Portfolio Risk Management, Valuation, Counterparty Risk, Business Function Management and ESG Committees, as well as the Diversity and Inclusion Council. Brosens previously was a general partner at Goldman Sachs, where he headed the risk arbitrage area, stock options business, equity derivatives area and Japanese warrants business (which he co-founded). He co-headed the energy trading business.

He is a member of the board of directors for the Peterson Institute for International Economics. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves on the Advisory Council for the Bendheim Center for Finance at Princeton University. He is also a member of the board for the International Tennis Hall of Fame and trustee of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Foundation.

Brosens received a BSE in mechanical and aerospace engineering  from Princeton University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
