Aasem KhalilAasem Khalil is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory Council.

Khalil is global head of Investment Banking Services and head of the Dallas office at Goldman Sachs. He is also head of investment banking in the southern region in the U.S.

Prior to his current role, Khalil was co-head of Latin America and head of investment banking in Latin America. Previously, he was a member of the Equity Capital Markets Group. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1996 as an analyst on the mortgage-backed trading desk and was named managing director in 2008 and partner in 2016.

Khalil is a member of the Investment Banking Executive Committee and the Firmwide Client Franchise Committee and is co-chair of the Americas Diversity Committee. He serves on the board of trustees of Kenyon College, the President's Advisory Board of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, the board of the Dallas Museum of Art, the board of the Dallas Regional Chamber and the board of the Dallas Stars Ownership Advisory Group.

He earned a BA in political science from Kenyon College.
