Media advisory: National Black Chamber of Commerce president to speak at policy forum

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and the National Center for Policy Analysis will host a policy forum luncheon featuring Harry C. Alford, president, chief executive officer and co-founder of the National Black Chamber of Commerce.

Alford is a national leader in efforts to create business and entrepreneurial opportunities for African-Americans throughout the nation and beyond. He is regularly invited to testify at congressional hearings on legislative initiatives related to small business development, e-commerce and global trade issues.
