Dallas Fed Announces Executive Promotions
DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has announced the following promotions:
Margaret Schieffer has been promoted to assistant vice president. Previously, Schieffer was automation officer. In her new role, she will have continuing responsibility for the information technology function within the Banking Supervision Department. Schieffer is a graduate of Agnes Scott College and the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
Kenneth J. Robinson has been promoted to research officer. Previously, Robinson served as economic advisor. His current research focuses on how financial structure, monetary policy and economic activity affect U.S. financial markets. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of New Orleans, an M.S. degree from Louisiana State University and a Ph.D. from Ohio State University.
Robert R. Moore has been promoted to research officer. Previously, he served as economic advisor. In his new position, he will have continuing responsibilities for financial research, as well as foreign banking operations and surveillance models. Moore holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Missouri at Columbia and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
