Dallas Fed names Frank Doto as assistant vice president

For Immediate Release: April 10, 2019

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has named Frank Doto as assistant vice president with the National IT-End User Services team.

He will provide leadership for the Federal Reserve System’s mobility team.

Doto has over 27 years of experience in the Federal Reserve System, where he most recently served as an executive within National IT. Prior to joining National IT, Doto served as an officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia where he directed and executed the mobile end user strategy for the Supervision and Regulation function.

Frank holds an MBA from West Chester University and a BA in economics from Rutgers University. He has also holds a certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT and has served as an adjunct professor at Peirce College in Philadelphia.
