Dallas Fed Names Matt Tower assistant vice president

DALLAS—Matt Tower joins the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as an assistant vice president in the Financial Management Shared Services Center, which provides operational accounting services for all 12 Federal Reserve Banks.

Previously, Tower managed a shared services organization at Accenture, where he was responsible for accounts payable, expense management, and help-desk operations. Prior to his time at Accenture, Tower worked in procurement at Shell Chemical Company and was an officer in the U.S. Army.

Tower holds a B.S. in economics from the United States Military Academy.
