Kate Faucher

Kate Faucher is a senior advisor for energy programs at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

Based in the Houston Branch, she leads engagement and outreach with energy stakeholders across the Eleventh District.

Faucher joined the Dallas Fed in 2026. From 2014 to 2026, she held a variety of strategy, commercial and leadership roles at Shell across several businesses and initiatives in the U.S. and abroad. From 2007 to 2014, she worked in emerging technology on the West Coast.

Faucher earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. She also holds certification as an Oxford Scenarios Programme Practitioner from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.
