Ruby Martinez-Berrier

Ruby Martinez-Berrier is an outreach advisor in Community Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

Based at the San Antonio Branch, she conducts research primarily focused on small businesses and speaks publicly about current conditions across the Eleventh Federal Reserve District. Recent areas of focus include access to funding, labor conditions and technology adoption.

Prior to joining the Dallas Fed, Martinez-Berrier worked in the academic, finance and nonprofit sectors. She has a BA in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MS in local economic development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
