Pascal Desroches
He has served as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer at AT&T since April 2021.
DesRoches previously was executive vice president and chief financial officer of WarnerMedia and administrative officer of Turner Broadcasting System Inc. Before joining WarnerMedia, he was a partner at KPMG and a professional accounting fellow at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He serves on the boards of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Honeywell Aerospace and Prep for Prep. He also is a member of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center President’s Advisory Board. He previously was a trustee of St. John’s University and chaired Davita Inc.’s audit committee.
Desroches is an honors graduate of St. John’s University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He received an MBA, with a concentration in corporate finance and organizational management from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
