Ally Hoffman

Ally HoffmanAlly Hoffman is an assistant vice president in Banking Supervision at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. She is responsible for overseeing the supervision of capital markets activities, surveillance of banking conditions in the Eleventh District and implementing supervisory policy.

Since joining the Dallas Fed in 2019, Hoffman has served in various leadership roles throughout the Dallas Fed and Federal Reserve System. Most recently, she supported the Federal Reserve's supervision of novel activities. In 2023, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell recognized Hoffman's work by presenting her with the William Taylor Award, Banking Supervision’s most prestigious honor.

Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, Hoffman worked at Ernst & Young, where she specialized in financial services and technology consulting. She was also a lecturer in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University.

She holds a BS from Boston University, an MS from Northeastern University and a PhD from Oklahoma State University.
