Tamara Missick

Tamara MissickTamara Missick is an assistant vice president in the Dallas Fed’s Banking Supervision Department. She oversees teams in the Dallas office responsible for supervision of regional banking organizations.

Missick has been with the Federal Reserve System  since 2012. She first joined with the Chicago Fed as an associate examiner, where she earned her examiner commission. She also served as an examiner in charge for complex community banks and in various leadership roles. Tamara joined the New York Fed in 2020 before coming to Dallas, where she served as an officer within Supervision’s Consumer Affairs division. In this role, she had responsibility over a portfolio supervising financial institutions of community, regional and LISSC firms with varying levels of complexity. She has participated in and led several Federal Reserve System and Reserve Bank initiatives and has been a key contributor to the examiner commissioning program.

Missick holds a BS degree in finance, with an emphasis in commercial banking from Hampton University. She is also an executive scholar graduate from Northwestern University, with a focus in strategic leadership.
