Marissa Castro MikoyMarissa Castro Mikoy is president and CEO of Jubilee Park & Community Center in Dallas, where she leads strategic initiatives to advance community transformation and expand equitable access to resources. With more than 25 years of education and nonprofit leadership experience, she brings deep expertise in program development, fundraising, public engagement and organizational strategy.

Prior to joining Jubilee Park, Mikoy served as executive director of After-School All-Stars North Texas, where she led efforts to grow the organization’s impact and visibility across Dallas. Previously, she worked with several education-focused nonprofits in Washington, D.C., including the District of Columbia Public Charter School Board, where she supported oversight and technical assistance to charter schools with a focus on early childhood education and academic excellence. She was recognized in 2012 by the White House Champions of Change program for her commitment to educational equity and social justice. She currently serves on the boards of Jewish Family Service of Dallas and After-School All-Stars North Texas and is a member of The Dallas Summit and The Dallas Assembly.

Mikoy earned a business management degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin and has completed the Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate Program at Georgetown University.
