Raymond Rust IIIRaymond “Rusty” Rust III is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council.

Rust is the president and chief executive officer of Commercial Bank of Texas N.A. Prior to his current role, he served as chief operating officer/executive vice president, general counsel and senior credit officer.

He is the president of the Nacogdoches County Charitable Foundation and a board member of Elliott Electric Supply. Rust served as chairman of the board for the Texas Bankers Association and the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce.

Rust received a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics from Oklahoma State University and a law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
