Kay Bailey HutchisonSenator Kay Bailey Hutchison is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Energy Advisory Council.

Hutchison was elected state treasurer of Texas in 1990, where she served until her election in 1993 to the U. S. Senate. During her 20 years of Senate service, she was elected chair of the Republican Policy Committee. Hutchison also served two terms as chairman of the U.S. Military Academy Board of Visitors. She was appointed U.S. ambassador to NATO in 2017 and served in that role until 2021.

Hutchison earned a BA and JD from the University of Texas.
