Britt Harris

CEO and Founder, On Eagles Wings

Britt HarrisBritt Harris is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory Council.

Harris is CEO and founder of investment management and restoration service On Eagles Wings Advisors.

Prior to his current position, Harris served as Acting CEO/CIO for the Texas Permanent School Fund and was CEO for the University of Texas/Texas A&M Investment Management Co.  He has also led the investment team for the Teacher Retirement of Texas and worked as the CEO for Bridgewater Associates and Verizon, among several other funds.

Harris served on the President’s Working Group on Financial Markets, and as an adviser to the New York Stock Exchange. He is also a professor at both Texas A&M and The University of Texas, teaching a course titled Titans.

Harris graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration  in finance.
