Mike VerdeschiMike Verdeschi is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory Council.

Verdeschi is responsible for Charles Schwab’s treasury, controller and investor relations functions, as well as financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining Schwab in 2024, Verdeschi was treasurer of Citigroup, where he spent over 30 years in leadership positions in finance, treasury and product. In addition to serving as treasurer, he also was chief investment officer and head of rates portfolio management.

Verdeschi earned his bachelor’s and MBA from Iona University. He serves on Iona's advisory council and is actively engaged in charitable work for orphans.
