Dallas Fed announces executive promotions

For Immediate Release: January 9, 2019

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has announced the following promotions:

Bridget Aman has been promoted to vice president and chief resiliency officer with responsibility for information security services and newly assigned responsibility for business continuity. Previously, she was assistant vice president and information security officer. Aman joined the Dallas Fed in 2012. She holds a bachelor's degrees in information systems and accounting from Old Dominion University.

Katrinka Clark has been promoted to assistant vice president with responsibility for solutions delivery. Previously, she was director of application delivery services. She joined the Bank in 2007. She holds bachelor's degrees in geophysics and computer science from Texas A&M University and Sonoma State University, respectively.

Clayton Welch has been promoted to assistant vice president and information security officer. He was previously senior manager of application development. He joined the Bank in 2006. Welch holds a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Texas Tech University and a master's degree in engineering management, information and systems from Southern Methodist University.

Brian Ernsthausen has been promoted to assistant vice president with responsibility for endpoint platforms. Previously, he was director in National IT end user services. Ernsthausen holds a bachelor's degree in business computer information systems from the University of North Texas.

Heidi Mitchell has been promoted to assistant vice president and privacy officer with continuing responsibility for the overall implementation and management of the Bank's data privacy program. She joined the Bank in 2006. Mitchell holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

Elizabeth Delaire has been promoted to statistics officer with responsibility for statistics operations. Previously, she was manager of statistics information systems and reporting. She joined the Bank in March 1998. Delaire holds a bachelor's degree in economics from California State University, San Bernadino.
