Christina Tully
Christina Tully is an assistant vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
She is responsible for overseeing the supervision function for Charles Schwab Corp. (CSC) and its three state member banks—Charles Schwab Bank (CSB), Charles Schwab Premier Bank (CSPB), and Charles Schwab Trust Bank (CSTB)—within the Eleventh Federal Reserve District’s large banking organization portfolio.
Tully previously was the deputy central point of contact overseeing financial resiliency and management of business lines, and before that she was the acting financial resiliency lead. She previously spent 10 years as a large bank examiner with the Federal Reserve banks of New York and San Francisco, where she held various roles in market risk management over traded products, capital analysis and Basel II operational risk governance.
Tully also was extensively involved in the implementations of the Comprehensive Capital and Analysis Review and the Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test, and she spent three years as the Federal Reserve System lead of the CCAR operational risk evaluation team.
Tully holds a B.S. in physics from Fordham University and an M.A. in mathematics of finance from Columbia University. She is also a recipient of the Federal Reserve System’s William Taylor Award for excellence in supervision and is a commissioned bank examiner.
